The following Terms and Conditions apply to the JACKAHOLIC & FM107.9 INSIDER Keycard scheme November 2008.

1. THE KEYCARD Scheme

The Keycard scheme allows people to register to receive a keycard that, on presentation, allows them to redeem any offer / discount that is currently live on the keycard websites (www.fm1079.co.uk/keycard & www.jackfm.co.uk/keycard).

From time to time the discounts / offers will change. It will be the sole responsibility of the keycard holder to check the website for any changes or updated offers.

2. METHODS OF REGISTRATION

To get a keycard full registration details must be completed at either www.fm1079.co.uk/keycard or www.jackfm.co.uk/keycard)

Once the registration is complete a keycard will be posted to the registered address and is valid immediately.

Only one keycard will be sent out to each registrant.

If a keycard is lost please contact Hamish Law on Hamish.law@jackfm.co.uk with details of how the keycard was lost and another one will be issued.

3. DURATION

The Keycard scheme is valid for 12 Months from Monday 10th November 2008.

4. USE OF DATA

All data received in registration for a keycard will be entered into the JACKAHOLIC & FM107.9 INSIDER database. This database is used to send e-mails out containing information and exclusive offers from JACK fm & FM107.9. Recipients can unsubscribe from this database at any time - The keycard will still remain valid if this action is taken. No data will be handed over to any 3rd party – the data will be solely used by Passion Radio Oxford Ltd (JACK fm & FM107.9)

4. INELIGIBLE TO ENTER

Any decisions in relation to eligibility to receive a keycard will be made by JACK fm & FM107.9 and all decisions will be final.

5. REGISTRANTS TO ACCEPT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By completing a registration for a keycard each registrant agrees to the terms and conditions associated with the keycard scheme.

6. TERMINATION OF SCHEME

JACK fm & FM107.9 may terminate this scheme at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person.

7. DECISIONS FINAL

In all matters, all decisions, concerning the keycard scheme of JACK fm & FM107.9 will be final. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.

8. PROMOTER

The promoter is Passion Radio (Oxford) Ltd trading as Oxford’s FM107.9 & JACK fm, 270 Woodstock Road, Oxford OX2 7NW. The registered address of ARI Consultancy is Suite 12 Pegaxis House, 61 Victoria Road, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 4JX.
